System

On the System tab you can configure the Device Name and Timezone.

The device name (default: sonik) is how your Sonik unit identifies itself on the network, and how you reach it in a browser — http://sonik.local, where sonik is the device name.

If you only have one Sonik unit, there is no real need to change its name. If you run more than one, each must have a unique name. Do not use spaces in the device name.

The timezone is used internally by Sonik. There is no need to change it unless you are using the touchscreen display.
